The Faculty of Built Environment (FBE) is the tenth Faculty of Universiti Malaysia Sarawak. Established on 22 September 2018, the Faculty aspires to be an internationally recognised leader in education, nurturing professional excellence in Built Environment practice, culture and heritage. The FBE is designed to bring together the multidisciplinary professions of the built environment, drawing upon technical, social and economic expertise to reimagine how humanity inhabits the earth. Its mission is to shape environments that are both sustainable and pleasing to dwell in. This is where it begins.
